The contract model
Every engineer works as an independent contractor through a business to business agreement. We coordinate the introduction, interviews, contract, and agreed start date.
The contract structure, invoicing, and notice terms are agreed with you before the engagement begins. This keeps the process clear while giving you a fast start and a flexible end.
The fee model
We charge a one time placement fee for each successful placement. The amount and payment terms are agreed before the search begins, so you know the full cost before meeting candidates.
The fee applies only when you choose an engineer and the engagement begins.
